Teams
Share capsules and Types with your team using role-based access.
Horatius supports multi-user workspaces so teams can share and collaborate on knowledge.
Roles
Each team member has one of three roles:
- Owner: full control, can manage members and settings
- Editor: can create, edit, and delete shared capsules and Types
- Viewer: read-only access to shared capsules
Capsule Visibility
Control who can see each capsule:
- Self: only you (default)
- Team View: team members can read
- Team Edit: team members can read and edit
- Link: anyone with the share link
Invitations
Invite team members by email. They'll receive an invitation they can accept or decline from their settings page.
MCP Team Access
Team members can optionally enable MCP access to shared capsules, allowing their AI assistants to read team knowledge directly.
